Happy Friday all! Ease yourself into the weekend with this packed episode of the Wintrust Business Lunch.

First, Amina Elahi of Blue Sky Innovation comes to us live from South by Southwest (SXSW). Amina talks about the local innovators at this year’s festival.

Adam Ochstein, CEO of StratEx, follows Amina by making an argument for meetings. He says that an efficient meeting is always great for the office; but, how do you know if your being efficient? Well, Adam’s got that answer for you on today’s show.

Ever wonder what came first – was it the chicken or the egg? Sometimes we do. Our answer is a collective, ‘who cares?’ Instead, we head up to Minne-snow-tah to talk with Lucie Amundsen. about her Locally Laid Egg Company. She’s got a great new book out called Locally Laid: How We Built A Plucky, Industry-Changing Egg Farm From Scratch. It’s a great story about the local food movement and, well, some of the freshest eggs in the Midwest. Plus, it’s got a funny name.

Social media guru Scott Kleinberg wraps up the week with some good news and some bad news. Okay, bad news first – hackers are coming up with new ways to steal your fingerprints. The good news – if you’re a hacker, it’s now easier than ever to steal someone’s information.

Our advice? Wear gloves everywhere.

We’ll have all that and more on this episode of the Wintrust Business Lunch!
