Cochran: New state law requires school shooting drills

A recently passed law hopes to better prepare students in Illinois for a school shooting by requiring training drills in schools, similar to fire and tornado drills. The bill’s sponsor, Sen. Jacqueline Collins (D-Chicago), tells Steve about the new law.
