Here’s your lineup for The Sunday Spin.  First, we’ll have our weekly spin through national politics. Then, Tribune colleague Hal Dardick joins the show as we update the latest involving Chicago Public School finances and contract talks with the Chicago Teachers union. After that another Tribune colleague, Todd Lighty will be on to discuss his story that found Republican Sen. Mark Kirk using campaign funds to pay a caregiver of questionable conduct. Last, Chris Mooney of the Institute of Government and Public Affairs at the University of Illinois joins the show with his view of the reasons behind the state’s inability to get to a state budget.
