Ryan Keesling is the Director of the Free Write Jail Arts and Literacy program, which is specifically designed to enhance literacy learning and artistic skills of the young people detained in the Cook County Juvenile Temporary Detention Center. Angel Pantoja is a Chicago teenager who has been in and out of the system since he was 11-years old. Ryan and Angel join Justin in-studio to talk about the literacy program and how it helped turn Angel’s life around.
