The not-for-profit group Seven Generations Ahead will hold its 14th Annual Micro Brew Review in Oak Park August 21.  The goal of the dozens of brewers and restaurants participating will be to create a zero-waste festival.  They don’t want to use anything that can’t be consumed, composted, recycled or reused.  WGN’s Ryan Burrow talks with Gary Cuneen of Seven Generations ahead and Pete Crowley of Haymarket Beer Co.
