Food swaps can provide kids with healthy alternatives

Childhood Obesity Awareness Month just ended, but Registered Dietician Judy Seybold says you don’t need a special occasion to change your family’s eating habits. She says you should begin by throwing out all of the high-sugar, highly-processed foods in your pantry and replace them with healthy items. Then, create food swaps. She tells Steve Alexander some easy ways to do that.
