Adding seaweed to the diets of dairy and beef cattle can reduce their methane emissions by 82%.  Yes, we’re talking about cow burps. Researchers at the University of California-Davis are experimenting with how agriculture can help reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Steve Alexander spoke to Breanna Roque, a UC-Davis graduate student, to get more information on the research being done.
