Reverend Jesse Jackson: ‘Poverty is a weapon of mass destruction’

Reverend Jesse Jackson joined The Steve Cochran Show to discuss the final Clinton Global Initiative, which is in New York this week. Jackson also said that he can’t believe what is going on in the 2016 Presidential Race. When asked about what we need to do to reduce violence in Chicago, Jackson replied that, ‘Poverty is a weapon of mass destruction.’
