Governor Bruce Rauner joins the Steve Cochran Show on primary election day. The Governor says the primary will be tighter than they thought and they need people to come out and vote. He says you don’t work with Madigan, you have to work around him. Rauner wants to get the mandates off the local schools to reduce people’s property taxes.
