At age 13, Eliana participated in the Women’s March in Washington the day after the presidential election. She traveled to Washington with her mother, aunts, cousins, and grandmother documenting the event on her new camcorder she had just gotten for Christmas. Since she was 7 or 8, Eliana had always writing, directing, and filming movies, using friends and neighbors as her on screen actors. This time, she used her footage from the Women’s march to write and direct her first documentary called, “March Through Generations.”
