Mayor Rahm Emanuel is not know for his transparency,  and no one knows this better than David Kidwell.  Kidwell is an investigative reporter for the Chicago Tribune and has been trying to get access to Emanuel’s work emails since the mayor took office in 2011, peppering the mayor’s office with FOIA (Freedom Of Information Act) requests regularly.  Most recently, Kidwell has been stonewalled in his search for the truth behind Chicago’s infamous red-light camera deal, leading the Chicago Tribune to file suit against Rahm.  David joins Roe&Anna with all the details behind the high-profile lawsuit.
