World Vision organization helps to provide emergency care kits to low-income families during COVID-19 pandemic

World Vision partners with Iglesia Sol De Justicia and local school districts in Brooklyn to provide food and other necessities during the Covid-19 crisis. Pastor Victor Torres (foreground) prays over the donated items before they are distributed to local families. Torres is an NYPD chaplain in the 90th precinct.
