Cyber Monday means great deals and of course terrible scams. Pete McMurray and Jane Monzures are joined over the phone by Chicago Better Business Bureau Pres. & CEO Steve Bernas to share some tips on how to avoid Cyber Monday scams and other online holiday shopping fraud.
