State Representative Mark Batinick joined Patti on the air to talk about his newly approved legislation. The bill, which proposes a permanent property tax freeze, was approved by the Illinois House Revenue & Finance Committee, and will advance to the full House of Representatives for consideration. Mark answered some questions on the legislation and previewed the upcoming inauguration of the 100th General Assembly.
