Two lottery winners have filed a class action lawsuit against the Illinois Lottery.  The lottery winners want to be paid, but the state says they can’t pay prize money over $25,000 due to the budget impasse. WGN Radio’s Kim Gordon talks with plaintiff’s attorney Tom Zimmerman.
