A burst pipe on the 9th floor of Tribune Tower Tuesday morning caused water to flood portions of the historic building, briefly knocking WGN Radio 720 and 87.7 FM The Game off the air.
“The actual signal was knocked off for 20 minutes and we’re lucky…that the engineers were able to get us back on,” WGN President Jimmy de Castro said.
