A barge is sinking in the Chicago River.

It’s a construction barge that police say may have been overloaded with dirt before it bent then started sinking near the Randolph Street bridge.

Chicago Police Sergeant Michael Lazzaro says the Coast Guard is on the way:

So far no reports of anyone hurt, but this is at least the second barge to sink in the river this year.
