IL State Sen. Laura Fine (D-9th) joins Lisa Dent to talk about a drug education bill named after Bartlett resident Louie Miceli, who died of a heroin overdose in 2012. Louie’s Law would require K-12 public schools in Illinois to produce a drug education curriculum intended to reduce substance use risk factors.
