Brian Konkel, a partner at Duggan Bertsch, LLC, joins Lisa Dent to explain why Taco Bell is in a legal battle with Taco John’s over the use of the phrase Taco Tuesday. Taco John’s is a smaller food chain and currently owns the trademark to the phrase.
