Dr. Ernesto Verdeja, Associate Professor of Political Science and Peace Studies at University of Notre Dame, joined WGN Radio’s Karen Conti to discuss the war crimes continuing as a result of the war between Ukraine and Russia. Dr. Verdeja defined war crimes, crimes against humanity, crimes of aggression, and genocide and whether or not the Russian armed forces have perpetrated all of these.
