Caught on camera are two Chicago Community Corps red kettles being stolen from the same location, with approximately a total of $1,000 in donations and equipment. Salvation Army Metropolitan Division Director Lieutenant Colonel Charles Smith joins John to explain how you can help the Salvation Army redeem its stolen donations.
