John Williams is joined by program coordinator for the Transcription Center at The Smithsonian, Caitlin Haynes. With the help of volunteers, the index cards that Phyllis Diller wrote her jokes on were able to be transcribed and available online. Caitlin talks to John about more transcription projects available.
