Janus v. AFSCME victor Mark Janus joins John just after quitting his job at the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services, soon starting at the Illinois Policy Institute, one of the fund contributors to his case. He explains why he quit his job just following his victory in eliminating union fees.
