FILE – Chicago prosecutor Kim Foxx has asked any possible victims or witnesses of alleged abuse by singer R. Kelly to contact her office Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2019, in Chicago. The Cook County State’s Attorney spoke to reporters Tuesday after watching a recent Lifetime documentary examining a history of abuse allegations against the R&B star.
