Illinois Lottery is adding odds to win, coming Thursday!

Illinois Lottery Acting Director Harold Mays joins John Williams to explain the changes coming to Lotto, giving players more chances to win. The change is effective with the drawing on Thursday, April 1. Players can start buying tickets for the new game starting Tuesday.
