Chicago Streets and Sanitation will tow your car if it’s parked overnight this winter

Chicago Streets and Sanitation Commissioner Cole Stallard joins John Williams to explain why parking overnight is prohibited across 107 miles of city streets every winter. The parking ban is in effect until April 1, 2022.
