Alderman Silvana Tabares (23rd Ward) joins John Williams to explain why she voted against Former State Representative Edward Guerra Kodatt, and in favor of Angelica Geurrero Cuellar. Guerrero Cuellar took Former 22nd House District Representative Michael Madigan’s seat after Kodatt resigned just three days after replacing Madigan. Alderman Tabares also talks about the police reform bill and its role in her vote against Kodatt.
