Following the eight deaths at rapper Travis Scott’s Astroworld Festival in Houston, lawsuits have been filed against Scott and entertainment conglomerate Live Nation claiming they hold responsibility for the concertgoers’ demise. But what legal responsibility do they really hold? Attorney Rich Lenkov offers his thought on where the cases could go and what legal precedents these lawsuits may set.
