Major League lawsuit: Attorney Rich Lenkov breaks down the case against the MLB over a foul ball injury

After a woman was injured by a foul ball at a Cubs game in 2018, she filed a suit against Major League Baseball alleging responsibility for not extending protective netting further around the park. Despite an arbitration agreement printed on tickets, an Illinois appellate court says the suit can move forward. Attorney Rich Lenkov joins John Landecker to explain some of the arguments at play and how this case might shake out.
