Ways to combat seasonal depression

With the clocks falling back and the sun setting earlier and earlier, Bob Sirott reached out to Dr. Dorothy Sit, a psychiatrist with Northwestern Medicine. Bob and Dr. Sit discussed seasonal depression, and some way to help combat it.
