Brian Noonan discuss the failure of “Chi town Rising”. He feels that they were trying so hard to act as if they were having fun and in actuality they weren’t; other than Mario Lopez, Brian  didn’t know who any one was and wonders why didn’t the promoters us local Chicago talent. Another failure about the event was the star did not coincide with the countdown. Chi town rising ratings beat ABC’s local New Years; Brian feels “Chi-town Rising” was a New York knock off.
