On November 7, 2016 we welcomed back Steve Grzanich who kicked off the week with our CEO Spotlight featuring David Neithercut of Equity Residential, one of the countries largest apartment leasers. David and Steve talked about the steady flow of demand for urban apartment leasing, and if millennials will ever move out of their apartments and into houses. Steve talked with Young Boozer (Chair of the College Savings Plans Network) about the gift off a college education. The 529 plan is a savings plan that is tax free in 34 states that will continue to give later on in life.
