Should we all wear masks in public? Health expert talks about the new guidance

The C.D.C is expected to advise all Americans to wear cloth masks in public in hope of preventing the spread of COVID-19. Dr. Aileen Marty, Infectious Disease Specialists that advises the World Health Organization joins the show to discuss the new recommendation.
