Jim Deshaies on Cubs’ hitting woes: It’s an industry-wide epidemic

The Chicago Cubs clinched their fifth postseason appearance in six years yesterday, but some headlines still are pointing out the struggles the team’s stars are having at the plate. Cubs television analyst Jim Deshaies joined Bob Sirott and Dave Eanet to share his thoughts on what might be going wrong in the batters’ box. Jim also talked about broadcasting in an empty stadium, and what he did on this day in 1986 as rookie for the Houston Astros.
