State Rep. Kam Buckner (D-Chicago) joins Anna to talk about the bill he sponsored that will allow student athletes to to be justly compensated for the use of their name, likeness, image and voice. The bill passed through the house and senate in the Illinois General Assembly and is expected to be signed into law by Gov. Pritzker.
