Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul joins Anna Davlantes to discuss the state’s response to the COVID-19 outbreak. Yesterday, the first COVID-19 related death in Illinois was reported and a nursing home in western suburbs saw a huge spike in a number of cases.
