Rick Kogan talks with editor Carla Knorowski, who has compiled a collection of works in Gettysburg Replies: The World Responds to Abraham Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address.  The book is a series of 272-word responses pertaining to the address itself, Lincoln, the underlying themes of the speech, or a topic of passion for the writer.  Contributors range from ex-Presidents to poet laureates to Alderman Ed Burke.
