Rick Kogan welcomes authors (and co-hosts for the evening) Peter Ferry and E.C. Diskin. They talk about reconnecting through the Chicago literary scene (Ferry taught Diskin in high school) and their latest works: Diskin’s The Green Line, a story of a lawyer who gets entangled in a web of drugs, corruption and murder after getting off the CTA Green Line; and Ferry’s Old Heart, about an 85 year-old man who slips off on a secret trip to Europe to find a long-lost love.
