Rick Kogan is joined by Cheryl Lu-Lien Tan to discuss the new collection, “Singapore Noir.” Tan, who edited the collection, also chats about her time in Chicago and her first book, “A Tiger in the Kitchen: A Memoir of Food & Family.” Tan is currently at work on her first novel.
