Illinois Department of Human Services on why able-bodied adults will need jobs to benefit from SNAP program

Illinois Department of Human Services Secretary Grace Hou joins John Williams to explain the “able-bodied” program, which requires food stamp recipients in Cook County to work at least 20 hours a week. Grace then gives John her prediction of the outcome of this program, and explains who is exempt from the change.
