Ballot signature challenges for mayoral candidates in Chicago

Heather Scherone from the The Daily Line joins the Steve Cochran Show to discuss the signatures needed in order to make the ballot to run for mayor in Chicago.  Heather points out it is a strategy to challenge people that you think will be taking a share of your voters. She says this race is like Christmas, New Years, Easter and your birthday all wrapped in one!
