Don Lloyd (SVP & Manger of Capital Markets – Foreign Exchange, Rate Swaps and Commodity Derivatives at Associated Bank) told Steve during the weekly Associated Bank Thought Leader conversation that he agrees and explains what’s next. Frank Manzo IV (Policy Director of The Illinois Economic Policy Institute) then provided insight into the recent minimum wage change to Chicago and how the overall impact on employers was fairly easy.
