Help some of Chicago’s smallest by contributing to the World’s Largest Baby Shower

It will be a new beginning for potentially thousands of babies on August 4th as Englewood’s New Beginnings Church attempts to set the record for the World’s Largest Baby Shower. The church is looking for donations at the church, and single parents in Chicagoland can register at the Project H.O.O.D. website ( Pastor Corey Brooks says the baby shower is intended to be not just a one-day event but the beginning of a relationship that will last for decades: “Our goal is to just really bless babies and transform the neighborhood and it starts really early.”
