Rick Pearson talks with  Sam Toia, the president and CEO of the Illinois Restaurant Association about the ongoing immigration debate that’s happening in Washington. Sam explains that immigration is a fundamental of the restaurant industry and hopes that soon the Immigration Reform Bill will be resolved amicably.
