The Federal Reserve met expectations yesterday as they raise interest rates yet again for 2018, and on this week’s Associated Bank Thought Leader Conversation, Steve Grzanich talked with Rod Murray (Chicago Market President at Associated Bank) about when the plan to normalize rates might change. The two also discussed the vote on banking in Switzerland, and the latest innovation in customer service for the industry.
