Does it make sense for individual states to raise the age requirement for smoking?

Rick Pearson talks with Bill Fleischli, Executive Vice President of the IL Petroleum Marketers Association and the Illinois Association of Convenience Stores, about his groups’ opposition to a move that would raise the state age for purchasing tobacco products. Bill believes that by raising the state age for the entire state, it will run money and business away as people will then travel to border states to purchase their products.
