This week the Mincing Rascals are John Williams, Steve Bertrand, Justin Kaufmann and Patti Vasquez of WGN Radio and Scott Stantis of the Chicago Tribune. They discuss the outstanding Chicago Tribune series “Betrayed” and the assaults taking place in Chicago Public Schools.
