Early work experience for a long-term career is vital, so the first job someone gets out of high school or college could make or break that path to success. Steve Grzanich chatted with Michelle Weise (Chief Innovation Officer & SVP at Strada Education Network) who detailed a recent study about the importance of a graduate’s first job that could lead to underemployment. Shawn Green (VP of Design and Product Marketing at KI) then previewed the 50th Edition of NeoCon to share the details behind the newest design concept for office spaces.
