For many graduates, obtaining their first job is simply to avoid moving back in with parents and chip away at student debt. Looking closer at it, the right employer can lead to avoding underemployment later down the road. Steve Grzanich (Host of The Opening Bell) chatted about the recent study with Michelle Weise (Chief Innovation Officer & SVP at Strada Education Network) to learn about how to avoid underemployment.
