We always love when one of our favorite guests returns to the show!  Al Gini, The Download’s resident philosopher, joins Justin for his monthly visit to discuss the concept of procrastination. Professor Gini talks about the history of the word “procrastination,” the differences between laziness and procrastination, why looking at procrastination is important, the psychological impact of procrastination, the various types of procrastination, if procrastination can be a learned trait  and how procrastination get better our lives.
